Privacy Policy

Account details. The email address and identity you sign in with, handled by our authentication provider.

League data. When you connect a Sleeper or Yahoo league we read the roster, scoring settings, matchups, and the other managers in it. This is what makes an answer specific to you rather than generic.

Your conversations. The questions you ask and the answers given, plus any standing instructions you set for an operator, so it can remember who you are targeting, who you are avoiding, and how you play the season.

Billing. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

To run the product. League data grounds the advice, conversation history makes the operator useful over a season, and account and billing data keep your subscription working.

We do not sell your data. We do not post to your league, message other managers, or take any action in your league on your behalf. Fantasy Op reads and advises.

Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service, and only the part each one needs:

• Clerk — authentication. Receives your email address and sign-in identity.
• Stripe — payments. Receives your billing details directly; your card number never reaches us.
• OpenAI — generates the operator’s responses. Receives your questions and the league context needed to answer them.
• Google Cloud — hosting and database. Stores everything above.
• Resend — transactional email. Receives your email address and the message.
• Expo — mobile push notifications. Receives a device token and the notification text.

We use no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking provider.

Conversations, connected leagues, operators, and stored instructions stay until you delete the account. They do not expire on a schedule.

You can delete your account from this site or from the mobile app. Deletion removes your connected leagues, operators, conversations, and stored instructions, cancels any active subscription, and removes your identity record at our authentication provider. If a step fails you will see an error and can sign in again and retry; billing records kept by Stripe for tax and fraud purposes are retained by Stripe. Product-quality metrics from Operator turns are kept without your user id, so they can no longer be tied back to you. Deletion is permanent and is not reversible, so it asks you to confirm.

You can see the league data and conversation history we hold for you on this site or in the mobile app at any time, change your operator instructions, disconnect a league, and delete your account from either place.

There is no self-service export yet. If you need a copy of your data, write to us and we will arrange it.
